FAQ's
1) How do I book a Private VIP workshop? CLICK HERE >>> to fill out the contact info. Please make sure to give us a couple of dates that will work! We ask that inorder to prepare all projecets and supplies - booking needs to be done a minimum of 3 weeks prior. 2) How far in advance should I book? We ask you book 3 weeks in advance for Friday/Saturday parties. Those days fills up the fast 3) Is there a minimum needed? Yes, we ask for a min. of 5 people including yourself for Seasonal Projects or 10 minimum for $35 make n take projects 4) What is the max number I can have? We can accommodate 50 - depends on the project! 5) What is the cost? $35 - $50 depending on project and supplies needed. $35 for our 11x11 workshops. If you register AFTER the 2 week cut off you will be charged a $25 late registration fee. This covers the need to prepare the project last min. 6) Can you customize a project ? It is possible! Our special request projects can be done during any of our open class days (Tues, Wednesday or last Saturday of each month) Pricing depends on size and words/phrase you are requesting or project supply costs. FILL OUT the form here >>> 7) How long am I renting the space for? Aprox 3 hours - depends on the project but most projects do not take longer than that. 8) Can I bring drinks/snacks? YES, we encourage you to bring what ever drinks and snacks you would enjoy! We do have Cajun Phatty's and High Plains brewer next door or you are welcome to have any food delivered. 9) Where do I park? Parking is located across the street on Main St. 10) What are the details of how the class is ran? To reserve the date YOU the hostess will pay the hostess payment/deposit. This saves the date/time and will act as your project payment as well as a non-refundable deposit if the workshop is canceled. Once that has been paid we will create a link for your guests to register for the workshop. Everyone needs to pre-pay and register to reserve their spot! Workshops starts at 6:30pm and each project will be fully instructed by one of our Front Porch Instructors! We provide EVERYTHING you will need for a night of creative connecting! The cost of projects pay for the materials, supplies, instruction and rental fee for studio. 11) What if I can't make a class I registered for? If for any reason you are not able to attend the workshop you will be given a studio/store credit for the amount you paid. This is valid for 1 year to be used at a future class, open studio time or to purchase items from the store. We are sorry but at this time we can NOT issue refunds. 12) What if I have to cancel my workshop? We understand life happens ,so if you wish to reschedule your workshop within the same month, we will allow you to do that. However if that is not possible the deposit you paid will not be refunded. We hope you understand that a lot of time and supplies have to be ordered ahead of time, so the deposit helps pay for that cost. 13) How do my guests register and pay for a workshop? Seasonal and $35 workshops can not be combine, you will need to choose which one you would like to offer to your guests.
