Event Rental Final Payment
Pay your final payment for The Front Porch venue.
These prices reflect the final payment without the reservation payment.
We appreciate your hosting your event at The Front Porch! Thank you and hope you enjoyed your event and our space!
Terms and Conditions...
1) Reservation payment and Final Payments must be paid prior to event date and is non-refundable. Reservation payment at time of booking and final payment 2 weeks prior to event.
2) If event is canceled by reservation party, within 2 month of event date there is a 50% cancelation fee. (example: Final payment $200 - $100 fee = $100 cancellation fee). This cancelation fee will be due withing 72hrs of cancelation or if party paid event total in full, we will refund event total minus the 50% cancelation fee. A full refund will be provided if canceled before the 2 months of event date minus the reservation fee.
3) If you choose to have alcohol at your event there is a $50per event fee.
4) Rental party is responsible for full replacement or repair of any damages that happen during your event.
